Yeah, went over carbs by 14g AKA THAT SENSIBLE PORTIONS VEGGIE STAWS BAG I HAD -__-
Though, now that I think about it, I only ran like 20 minutes yesterday…did that warrant a full-on carb day? I don’t think so…
But, other than that, I think my food has been good.

I wanted that apple, and I ate it :D Not bad, not bad, considering I usually eat 200+ grams of carbs a day! I would say that today’s intake was pretty healthy.
Not bad? I made my 30 grams of carbs today, but was like, “meh, I want to eat these veggie chips.” So, I did. Considering I usually eat 180-200g of carbs a day, 11 extra wasn’t a big deal :)
Protein: 158/120 min.
Fats: 68/65 min.
Water: 80oz and counting :)
Not bad, methinks.
EDIT: HOLY CRAP. I WAS SUPPOSED TO EAT 60g ON MY NON-WORKOUT DAYS. I WAAAAAAAAY UNDERATE. NOW TIME FOR ALL THE CARBS TO FIT 60 IN HAHAHA

Ugh, I don’t think yesterday was a good foods day. I was concentrating so much on carbs (I still over-ate by about 10 grams) that I neglected other aspects. I worked out hard and ran 3 miles, so 1300 some calories is not good.
There has got to be some balance that I can find…
Protein: 122/120 min
Fats: 41/65 min
I don’t think I’m going to be eating more (yet to eat my 7:30pm meal), so it’s safe to post my intake for the day.
Currently on my 80th oz of water, and will keep going.
I under-ate by about 400 calories and 35g of protein…but there are conflicting arguments about eating your lean body mass or what I calculated. So, LBM wise, I’m around 104 so that’s good. Maybe will eat some strawberries later! :)
Not too worried. I think I’m okay!
Meeting went over by a lot, so I didn’t get to nab dinner until 10pm. Oh, well, sleeping on just chili since last time I ate (3pm sushi and cookie) is fine. It was a crazy day. At 3pm, I was just slammed with starvation. I drank lots of water, and it still didn’t subside. It was also when I was feeling crampy and bloated, too.
I think carbs could have been a little lower. Not bothered. THAT CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE WAS UH-MAZE-ING TODAY!
Water: 104oz. I was so close to a gallon (128) of water!
Today was a great workout day, too!
4/16/2012: Food Intake
I think this is the first time I’ve hit all my calories/macros or thereabouts. I usually fall so low on fats (like 20g…). So, pretty happy with my food even though I had cereal at dinner and had pizzas for lunch!

Plus 96oz of water! Again, I don’t count vegetables.
As a college student, I don’t eat that much “variety” because the healthy options, while there..yeah, just aren’t that healthy or appetizing in my opinion…just a warning. Nonetheless, throwing this out here.
