According to multiple surveys I’ve taken, I have a love/hate relationship with my body. I’ve always subconsciously known this, but I think to document the days in which I feel one way or another will help me move towards completely loving it. Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE myself. I need to work on loving my physical body.

5/19/2012: Weighed myself for the first time since March 30th, and from Jamie Eason’s LiveFit Phase 1 bulking stage, I gained 4 pounds (weighing in at 158 vs 154 in March).
